We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic people age 18 or over to be stewards at Between The Trees.
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who would like to get involved with the festival and experience what it’s like behind the scenes. The role of stewarding mainly involves giving information to the festival goers at the event: it’s a really important position because you will be the main point of contact between the festival and the public, so we need lots of happy, smiley people!
We recruit people on a voluntary basis, which means that you won’t be paid anything, but you will get a free festival ticket, plus one free meal per shift (approx. 6-8 hours per day).
You can arrive on site anytime from Tuesday 28th August and stay until Monday 3rd Sept but we would expect you to be on site from 12noon 31st Friday August, until 5pm Monday 3rd Sept.
We would like you to turn up to at least one of a number of pre-festival stewards’ meeting which will take place approx. a month before the event (distance permitting).
Facilities – there are proper toilets and showers on site. Caterers will not be on site until Friday 31st Aug so you will have to arrange self-catering or transport to the local pub until then.
